FLEXTRIM Flexible Corner Molding #WM205: 1-1/8 x 1-1/8 x 144 Long

This material can be used with conventional woodworking tools. Moulding should always be installed in a relaxed position. To secure the moulding in place until the adhesive bonds, use construction or panel adhesive continuously on the backside and nails. Remember not to use staples or screws to fasten the material, and keep small finish nails to a minimum (no closer than 6 inches between nails), avoiding nailing closer than 3/8 inch from the edge of the moulding. Flex Trim is stable, will not absorb moisture, and is ideal for humid environments. It is unaffected by heat or cold and can withstand extreme conditions.

ALWAYS lay out the material to allow it to relax back into its original shape; this is a good time to double-check the molding style and application. NEVER pre-finish the material prior to installation, as it may flex during installation and cause fractures in the finish. ALWAYS ensure the surface you are applying the material to is flat and smooth, as Flexible molding will follow any irregularities in the surface. NEVER use staples or nails with large heads, and keep nails to a minimum and away from edges to avoid "bumps" at the edge. ALWAYS use a construction adhesive in conjunction with (or in lieu of) nails or screws to ensure a quick and easy application and a cleaner finished look.

MADE IN USA!! The material is a Flexible polyurethane resin, only recommended for painting applications. It will bend/flex to fit a minimum radius of 18" inches. Do NOT use screws to install; instead, use gel adhesive and small finish nails.

WATERPROOF - For interior and exterior use, this material will not warp, rot or crack when exposed to high moisture. It can be installed with normal woodworking tools and comes in a light tan color. The outside measurement is 1-1/8" and the inside measurement is 7/8". The material is 1/4" thick (.25" thick).
